There are restaurants… and then there’s The Edison.
From the moment you walk up and see that towering brick chimney glowing with the word “EDISON” in bold red letters, you know you’re stepping into something special. This isn’t just another Disney Springs dining spot — it’s an experience.

Inside, you’re immediately transported into a lavish Industrial Gothic world. Massive two-story gears and clock mechanisms slowly turn above you, Edison-style light bulbs cast a warm golden glow, and the whole space feels like a beautiful blend of Victorian elegance and steampunk wonder. It’s dark, moody, theatrical, and incredibly sexy — the perfect backdrop for a memorable night.

The service was warm and attentive from the start. Our server made us feel right at home with her warm smile, and the General Manager even stopped by to chat. The energy in the room is electric — lively but not overwhelming.

Now, let’s talk about the food…
We started with the DB “Clothesline” Candied Bacon — strips of bacon dramatically hanging from a miniature clothesline and set on fire right at the table. The sweet-heat glaze with black pepper was absolutely addictive.

The Power Plant Salad was hands-down one of the best salads I’ve ever eaten — fresh, bright, and packed with flavor. I could have made a meal out of it alone.
The Edison perfectly captures that rare combination of theatrical atmosphere, excellent service, and truly delicious food. Whether you’re looking for a romantic date night, a fun celebration with friends, or simply a memorable meal at Disney Springs, this place delivers on every level — and then some.
We also loved the XL Grilled Cheese paired with their rich Tomato Soup — pure comfort food done right in that gorgeous setting.

And for dessert? Mikey’s Bag-O-Donuts — warm, fluffy, and impossible to resist. These little soft pillows of sweet goodness is one of the best desserts I've had a Disney Springs. I could eat these little guys for breakfast, a snack, or a dessert! So yummy and I hope they keep them on the menu for a long time.

We can’t wait to go back.
