Disney has released a room-only discount offering savings of up to 30% on select Disney Resorts Collection hotels for stays from January 3 through April 29, 2027.

The biggest savings come later in the window. Florida residents can save up to 30% on most nights from February 28 through April 29, 2027. For the earlier dates (January 3 through February 25, 2027), the discount is up to 25% and applies mainly to Sunday through Thursday nights.

The offer covers a wide range of resorts, from Value and Moderate properties to Deluxe resorts and select Disney Vacation Club villas. Exact savings depend on the resort and room category chosen. Proof of Florida residency is required at check-in, stays must be between 1 and 14 nights, and the discount cannot be combined with other offers. A limited number of rooms are available.

If you’re a Florida resident thinking about a winter or spring trip, this is one of the better room rates currently available for early 2027.
