Monsters, Inc. and Animal Kingdom Pins Land Today at Walt Disney World
October 20 brings the final Eyeconic Park Views Animal Kingdom pin, a Nightmare Before Christmas Magical Theater release, and three Monsters, Inc. 25th anniversary designs.
Pin traders have a busy Tuesday. Walt Disney World’s October 20 release day is the fullest of the month, and the lineup leans hard into anniversary energy and park-specific collecting.
The Monsters, Inc. 25th anniversary set leads the drop. One limited-edition pin (4,000 pieces, $24.99) shows Mike Wazowski, Sulley, and Boo together. A second limited-release design features Mike and Roz for $21.99. Collectors who like a little surprise can also grab the two-pin mystery set at $34.99. All three are available at the usual pin locations once the doors open.
Animal Kingdom finishes its quarterly Eyeconic Park Views series today. The fourth and final installment is limited to 3,000 and priced at $24.99. It’s the last piece of that collection for 2026, so traders who have been chasing the earlier parks will want to check the boards early.
The Magical Theater Pin of the Month continues with The Nightmare Before Christmas as the tenth release in the series. This one is limited to 4,500 pieces and costs $24.99.
It keeps the monthly series moving while the Halloween season is still in full swing.
Most of these will appear at Disney’s Pin Traders, Frontier Trading Post, Disney Traders, Discovery Trading Company, and Celebrity 5 & 10.
Limited editions tend to move quickly on release morning, especially the Monsters, Inc. pieces and the final Animal Kingdom Eyeconic pin. If you’re hunting specific designs, arriving near opening or checking the My Disney Experience app for stock updates is the safest approach.
The rest of October’s schedule continues next week with the Peter Pan’s Flight Attraction Map Puzzle set and the Enchanted Doors 101 Dalmatians pin on the 27th.
For today, though, the focus is clear: Monsters, Inc. anniversary pins, one last Animal Kingdom view, and another Nightmare Before Christmas Magical Theater piece.
