Publisher and editor Melisa Shaw Kennedy and Kayla Cross of The Monorail Society recently discussed what makes a strong collaboration and what both brands hope to create together through continued features, contests, and shared storytelling.

Over the years, FOUR has partnered with ChampionsGate for a Bridal Fashion Show, Escapology for a customized escape experience at Cinépolis, magazine launches, red-carpet movie premieres, and more. Each collaboration has carried the same signature approach: keep it fun, keep it personal, and keep it collectible.

“One of the things we love most about strategic partnerships is the opportunity to bring FOUR Theme Parks Magazine to new audiences,” Melisa said. “We pay close attention to what resonates with the Disney community and how fans are discovering and engaging with brands. This collaboration with The Monorail Society lets us take everything people already love about their products and turn it into ongoing article features and contest experiences that feel accessible, fun, and collectible.”

By aligning with partners like The Monorail Society, FOUR gains wider reach while lending its distinct magazine style. A cup sleeve featured in a giveaway becomes an accessory statement. A magazine issue becomes a keepsake. The brand’s aesthetic remains the through-line, no matter the project.

Each partnership serves a dual purpose: expanding the audience while reinforcing the magazine’s DNA.

FOUR doesn’t try to reinvent the wheel. It simply wraps it in magic and ribbon.

In a crowded media landscape where readers want personality as much as practicality, that approach continues to stand out.

What’s Next?

FOUR Theme Parks Magazine is no longer under the radar — it’s arriving at the castle before midnight. The future holds more cross-category collaborations, continued reader growth, and even deeper storytelling.

It has already proven it can speak to a wide audience without ever raising its voice.

So yes, the magazine is pretty.

But it’s also powerful.

And those are the kinds of brand collaborations worth noticing.
